Letronic Smart Buildings Technology, with the official name of Letronic Computer Network & Infrastructure Installation LLC, was established in 2019 as a response to current construction needs in the Emirates and the Region. We are a systems integrator company working on integrating smart homes, Building Management Systems (BMS), Hotel Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), Office Automation, and in general integrating ELV systems in buildings.

We are a new member of Ginco Construction Companies (Known as GCC) which is one of the construction companies in the United Arab Emirates since 1981. Backed by an experienced technical team, we provide the complete design, implementation, test and commissioning phases for our clients.

Backed by more than 39 years of experience, our Technical and Engineering staff in The United Arab Emirates, will deliver the latest technology to the hands of our consumers in a simple way.

History

Ginco Contracting Co (Known as GCC) has been established in 1981 and has executed several large engineering construction projects. GCC are an engineering contracting firm specialized in construction, maintenance & rehabilitation of various commercial, industrial and institutional establishments for over 34 years. It have full service capability in UAE, including contract documentation, project management and supervision of all types of construction works.

Over time, each of the components inside a building has been developed and improved, allowing modern-day building owners to select lighting, security, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems independently, as if they were putting together a home entertainment system. Buildings today are complex concatenations of structures, systems and technology. Letronic is the Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Smart Home Arm of Ginco Contracting Co (GCC) Group of companies established in 2020 to meet today’s building needs.

Since water and energy play a vital role in our economy and the daily life of our country (UAE), saving and striving to make the most of it, is one of the duties of every Emirati citizen. In this social responsibility, we strive to provide solutions to optimize energy consumption in shopping malls and large residential areas to help move the UAE towards green cities, eliminate carbon footprint, and lower greenhouse gas emissions.
